Although there are no hot tubs on the South Beach sun deck, loungers do have access to a bar as well as a gelateria and creperie for ice cream, waffles and crepes.
The parents decided to party every night and just leave them to themselves. It broke our hearts seeing these kids being left like that; however, we did run into alot of families who stayed together as families. Because of that, adults-only cruises also tend to be a bit more luxurious than regular ones, with bigger/fancier cabins and an emphasis on service. Since there’s no additional fee to use the Serenity Area, it can get crowded on sea days. Especially in the morning, it can be hard to find a lounger and definitely hard to find a clamshell on sea days. Thankfully, there seems to be fewer chair hogs/savers in the Serenity Area than in other areas of the ship.
